I'm a new member that joinned yesterday, because I've been going on this website for years for laughs and games, so I finally joinned. Also, I need to ask some questions.  I need an animation program I can use. Which should I use that's free? I lost all my programs from my computer being a jerkwad, so I need help with new programs! Until I can get some animation program, I'll just be posting pictures instead. If anyone could please answer my question, I would be very glad to get it!
